Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities to achieve budget and growth targets.
- Maintain and grow the existing client base through regular engagement.
- Strengthen customer loyalty to support service agreement renewals.
- Promote a strong safety culture through hazard identification.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within the existing client base.
- Deliver professional customer service and complete administration on time.
- Implement processes to manage and respond to sales leads.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
- Provide tailored commercial and industrial waste management solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations to resolve service issues and meet customer requirements.
- Report on sales activity, customer insights, competitor activity, and KPIs.

Qualifications

- Experience of business‑to‑business sales with a proven track record of winning new business and/or retaining accounts.
- Strong listening skills and a consultative communication style.




- Ability to maintain prospect and lead information in a CRM system.
- Skilled presenter with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated drive, motivation, and resilience required to succeed in a high‑growth environment.
- Experience in the waste arena is a plus but not mandatory.
