The Opportunity

Reporting to the GM - Mergers & Acquisitions, the National Municipal/Government Tendering Manager will lead the preparation and submission of major municipal and government tenders, helping drive long-term business growth across our collections and processing operations.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the GM - Mergers & Acquisitions, the National Municipal/Government Tendering Manager will lead the preparation and submission of major municipal and government tenders, helping drive long-term business growth across our collections and processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate municipal and government tender submissions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver competitive, high-quality bids.
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities and new markets.
- Manage tender approvals and present key commercial recommendations to senior leadership.




- Work closely with operational teams to support successful contract implementation.

About You

- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in tendering, ideally within an industrial or infrastructure environment.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes.
- Exceptional written communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and commercially focused.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong administrative capabilities.
