About the role

We have an opportunity for a General Administrative Assistant to be part of our Project Management Office team, Technology and Communication Services Command. The General Administrative Assistant provides a range of clerical and administrative services to support the achievement of business outcomes in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

This entry-level administrative role is a great opportunity for school leavers, university students, or anyone beginning their professional journey.

As part of a supportive team, you'll develop practical skills in communication, customer service, records management, and business administration while working across a variety of work areas. No two days are the same, you'll interact with different people, learn how a large organisation operates, and gain hands‑on experience using a range of office technologies and systems.

Total Remuneration Package: Base salary ranges from $37,768 to $78,000 plus employer's contribution to superannuation of 12% and annual leave loading.
