About the role

Reporting to the Production Shift Manager in our Chef Fresh team, you’ll help ensure products are packaged to Chef Fresh, GMP, and food safety standards—so our customers always get the best quality. Come join our team as a Process Worker and make a real impact in helping Australians eat and live better every day.

About you and your skills

- Able to work autonomously and collaborate with the team to achieve production targets
- Apply your expertise in GMP & Food Safety Standards to ensure quality (handling of raw meats expected)
- You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment, hitting deadlines and delivering results
- Able to Communicate effectively and work well with others
- Confidently handle repetitive manual tasks
- Bring your experience in cold processing and commitment to safety (HACCP, Food Quality, WHS, etc.
- Able to complete pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol checks
