We’relooking for a Digital Project Manager who can sit at the centre of delivery — someone who can manage multiple moving parts, communicate with clarity, and bring structure to fast-paced, technically complex projects.

This role sits across clients,developersand internal teams — ensuring projects are not only delivered ontime butdelivered properly.

The Role

This role sits within our Web and Delivery function, working closely with developers, designers, SEOSpecialistsand client stakeholders.

You willbe responsible formanaging end-to-end delivery of digital projects — frominitialscoping through to launch and post-go-live support — ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

You willbe responsible for:





- Managing digital projects from kick-off through to launch and post-go-live support
- Working with clients to define scope,timelinesand expectations
- Building andmaintainingproject plans,timelinesand delivery milestones
- Coordinating developers,designersand QA across multiple concurrent projects
- Running structured status updates and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders
- Identifyingrisks early, managing scope changes and resolving delivery challenges
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Supporting continuous improvement in delivery processes,workflowsand communication

Experience & Capability

We’relooking for someone who brings strong delivery experience, but also the mindset and structure tooperatein a fast-paced agency environment.

You’lllikely bring:Experience

4–6 years of experience as a Digital Project Manager, ideally within an agency environment delivering web and eCommerce projects.

Platform Exposure

Hands-on experience delivering projects across platforms such as Magento, Word Press/Woo Commerce, Shopify/Shopify Plus, Big Commerce, and mobile applications.

Delivery & Workflow Understanding

Robust understanding of web development workflows — including discovery, scoping, design, development,QAand deployment.





Client Management

Confidence working directly with clients, managing expectations, andmaintainingclear, structured communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Coordination

Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities,timelinesand resources effectively.

Ability toidentifyrisks early, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward in a structured way.

Tools & Systems

Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana,Basecampor similar platforms.

Mindset

Highly organised, detail-orientedand accountable. You take ownership of delivery, communicate clearly, and bring structure to complex environments.
