We are seeking motivated and professional Personal Trainers to operate within our facility on a contracted basis. With an established membership base of 800+ active members, our gym offers a consistent, community-driven environment where trainers can build strong client relationships and long-term retention.

Structure

- $75 per day facility access fee (Minimum 1 day per week)
- 12-month agreement
- Operate your own PT business within the facility
- Limited Personal Trainer spots available to ensure quality of service and floor space

About the Role

As a Personal Trainer,



you will run your own PT business within the facility while contributing to a positive member experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering 1:1 and small group PT sessions
- Programming tailored to client goals
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Being an engaged and qualified presence on the gym floor

What you need

- Certificate IV in Fitness (minimum)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- ABN
- Public Liability Insurance, minimum $10,000,000
- Professional Indemnity Insurance, minimum $5,000,000
- Queensland Police Check
- Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a long-term mindset
- Passionate about coaching and client outcomes
