- Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed Qualification & experience
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining setting
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene




- A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
