- Food preparation, support & train the kitchen hand team & produce high quality pastry dishes, cakes, biscuits and desserts
- Working within a high performing team to deliver high quality pastries and desserts and a smooth service
- Creating memorable and personalised experiences for our guests in a fine dining setting
- Ensuring Food Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed Qualification & experience




- Certificate IV in pastry cooking or above (or at least three years of relevant experience instead of qualification)
- At least one year work experience in a position of pastry cook
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a fine dining environment
- A culinary skilled that can deliver exceptional dishes
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene practices
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
