Hunter St. Hospitality has a range of opportunities to suit experienced Chefs (Sous Chef,



Chef De Partie, Demi Chef and Commis Chef)

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen within a premium dining environment
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety & hygiene
- A qualification in Commercial Cookery is preferred, but not required
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights
