Position: Full-Time Senior Hairdresser

Key Responsibilities:

- Confidently assess clients' hair and needs, offering personalized services.

- Understand different hair types and provide tailored treatment plans.

- Expertly apply hair color techniques to achieve the desired results.

- Perform keratin treatments with precision and quality outcomes.

- Specialize in curly hair cut, care, and styling.

- Proficient knowledge of hair extensions (tape and keratin bonds).

- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude.

- Work effectively as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Senior Hairdresser (2+ years preferred).

- Strong proficiency in hair color techniques.

- Expertise in keratin treatments.





- Specialization in curly hair cut, care, and styling.

- Knowledge of hair extensions, including tape and keratin bonds.

- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.

- Fluency in English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.

- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
