Insight Resourcing is proud to be partnering with this well-established, wholly Australian-owned Digital Out of Home business to find their next Advertising Sales Manager for the Greater Brisbane market.

Our client operates premium digital billboards in strategic locations across Brisbane, giving media partners and advertisers an exceptional Out of Home experience. The business is at a critical growth phase — and this newly created role is central to it.

The prospect
This is a pivotal, high-autonomy role focused on owning both the direct and independent agency segment in Brisbane.

Whilst you will inherit come existing clients from day one, this is predominantly a hunting role — you'll be out opening doors, building relationships from scratch, and converting new business across a segment that's largely untapped.

You'll be backed by a product specialist and Account Executive who handle proposals and admin, so your time stays where it matters most: in front of clients.

You'll report to the Sales Director and join a small, nimble, high-performing Brisbane team where everyone pulls their weight and it shows.

The package

- Base salary of $110,000–$120,000 plus superannuation (based on experience)
- $15,000 car allowance




- Fully uncapped commission plan — you'll earn commission on every dollar you bring in, with no ceiling on what you can make

What you'll bring

- Established relationships in the Brisbane independent/direct client market in any form of media - OOH, Radio, Print, Digital
- A proven hunter instinct — you open doors and close deals
- Strong account management and customer service track record
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach to autonomous work
- Solid organisational and time-management skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the media industry (essential)
