About the Role
In this hands-on role, you will complete structural and non-structural repairs to a high standard, ensuring all work aligns with insurer requirements and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing vehicle damage and determining repair requirements
- Removing and refitting panels and components
- Completing repairs to industry-standard finish quality
- Meeting efficiency and safety KPIs
- Working collaboratively within a team environment
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Trade qualifications in Vehicle Body Repair
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Panel Beater
- Experience in an insurance repair environment (highly regarded)
You’ll also be:
- Reliable and consistent in your work
- Committed to quality workmanship (no shortcuts)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced workshop
- Motivated to grow your skills, including I-CAR® aligned training pathways
