Join Boton Conveyor Services (BCS) as a Mobilisation Coordinator and play a key role in supporting the seamless integration and operation of our clients' projects. Working in a full-time position, you will be based in our office in Bibra Lake, Western Australia.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate the mobilisation of equipment, personnel, and resources to client sites, ensuring smooth project launches
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement mobilisation plans
- Monitor and track progress of mobilisation activities, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
- Maintain detailed records and provide regular status updates to management
- Support the implementation of safety, quality, and environmental compliance procedures during mobilisations
- Assist with the coordination of demobilisation activities at the end of projects
- Contribute to the continual improvement of mobilisation processes and procedures
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Mobilisation Coordinator or similar role in the administration or office support field
- Robust organisational and project management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external parties
- Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to support mobilisation activities
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Payroll experience is desirable
