This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.80FTE), 58 hours per fortnight.

About the Role:
Contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal and Business Manager. You will work within existing guidelines to provide basic resolution of problems by reference to established procedure, consulting the Principal or Business Manager for matters that are more complex or non-routine.

we are looking for someone who is not only organised and productive but someone who can build positive relationships with families and the community. We want them to play a pivotal role in enabling teaching and learning. They need a unique combination of technical capability, exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to serving students, families and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional reception and customer service to students, families and visitors.
- Deliver administrative support, including correspondence, records management and school communications.
- Manage student administration, including enrolments, attendance and OneSchool records.
- Support financial processes, including receipting, banking and payments.
- Assist with staffing administration, including timesheets, leave and relief arrangements.
- Coordinate office operations, resources and facilities administration.
- Support the Principal and Business Manager with day-to-day school operations.
- Build positive relationships with staff, students, families and the wider school community.
