What You’ll Be Doing
- Completing property inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and producing reports
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Processing invoices for payment
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
What We’re Looking For
- Current real estate qualification
- Current QLD Drivers License and own reliable car
- Reliable, organised, and proactive team player
- A forward thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude and an ability to problem solve
- Able to take direction and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
- Customer-first approach, with focuses on delivering quality service to all clients
- PropertyMe experience an advantage but not essential
