Casual Van Driver – Distribution Team

Are you looking for flexible, casual work where your efforts directly support your local community? Lifeline Macarthur & Western Sydney are currently looking for a casual team member to join our growing retail team.

About the Role

As a casual van driver, you will play a vital role in providing safe, timely & courteous collections, delivery, pickups, store clean outs & stock transfers for Lifeline Macarthur & Western Sydney.

What You’ll Do

- Collect, deliver, and transfer donated goods between the distribution centre, retail stores, donation bins, customers, and events.

- Empty donation bins on scheduled runs or as directed by the Distribution Manager or Warehouse Supervisor.

- Assist with pickups and deliveries for special events as required.

- Represent Lifeline with professionalism, courtesy, and care in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

- Current MR driver’s license and good driving record.





- Be available to cover full time driver holidays.

- Previous experience in a similar delivery or driving role.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Commitment to safe work practices.

- Support for Lifeline’s ethos and values.

- WWCC, police check or willingness to obtain.

Desirable:

- Experience in the not-for-profit, retail, or warehousing sector.

- Knowledge of safe manual handling and WHS practices.
