The Role

Due to several major projects entering detailed design, they’re seeking a Junior to Intermediate Structural Design Engineer to join the Sydney team.

You’ll work directly alongside respected Senior Engineers, gaining exposure to high-profile projects and receiving mentorship to fast-track your technical and professional growth.

This is a new role, created to invest in the continued expansion of an already successful team.

The Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in delivering diverse building projects from concept through to construction, including:

- Mid and high-rise developments
- Commercial and residential buildings
- Aged care, healthcare and education projects

You’ll collaborate closely with Senior and Associate Engineers,



developing your design skills and expanding your responsibilities as your experience grows.

The Requirements

You’ll thrive in this fast-paced, development-focused environment if you:

- Have 5+ years’ experience in an engineering design consultancy within Australia
- Are eager to learn new software and take on increasing responsibility
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess experience in reinforced concrete building design (floors, lateral systems, columns, foundations)
- Hold full working rights in Australia
