The Role

- All offices are busy meaning your projects won't be limited by geographical location.
- You will deliver a range of urban development projects that focus on growth areas for the economy, such as:
- Defence
- Data Centres
- Social Infrastructure
- Education
- Healthcare

- This role can be performed out of their Newcastle or Sydney's CBD office.

The Responsibilities

- You will be given the autonomy to run your projects and to be the key decision maker.
- You will remain in a hands-on design capacity, and so will enjoy utilising your technical skills to deliver innovative designs.
- You will mentor junior members of staff.
- You will liaise with clients, have the ability to manage up as well as down and will develop close working relationships with the wider team and other disciplines within the company.





The Requirements

- This role will be ideal for someone currently operating as a Principal Civil Engineer, or someone who is looking to take the step-up to this level.
- Capable of managing small design teams on projects
- Experience with DRAINS and familiarity with MUSIC and 12D / Civil 3D are essential
- Experience delivering urban development projects is essential
- Australian engineering design consultancy experience is essential
- Full working rights in Australia
