AWB Co. is a dynamic and rapidly expanding company operating across Perth and Adelaide. We are registered builders and licensed electrical, plumbing, and gas fitting contractors. Based in Osborne Park, we proudly service the Perth metropolitan area. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Services Coordinator/Scheduler to join our results‑driven, friendly, and supportive team in our WA office.

Key Responsibilities

- Job Coordination & Scheduling: Manage incoming job and quote requests across multiple clients, scheduling technicians and subcontractors based on skills, compliance, availability, and location. Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate delays, changes, and urgent works.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients regarding job bookings, updates, access requirements, and completion. Respond promptly to enquiries and resolve issues or concerns while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Job Management Systems: Use Simpro to manage job details including labour, materials, rates, and job status. Maintain accurate client portals and internal systems to ensure real‑time visibility of job progress.
- Workflow & KPI Management: Oversee daily workflows to ensure service efficiency and achievement of KPIs, including monitoring technician productivity and time targets.
- Procurement & Support: Assist Supervisors with raising purchase orders and work orders, ordering materials, and following up on outstanding jobs and quotes.
- Invoicing & Financial Administration: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in line with client requirements and internal GP targets.
- Contract Administration:



Support contract administration and document control processes as required.
- On‑Call & Timesheets: Manage the on‑call roster and ensure accurate recording of technician timesheets, including both billable and non‑billable activities.
- General Administration: Perform a range of administrative duties including drafting quotes, maintaining records, and supporting the wider team as directed.

Requirements

- Preferred Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: 1–3 years’ experience in a scheduling or coordination role within the construction or trade services industry.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience using job management systems such as Simpro or similar platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the building and construction industry, including both preventative and reactive maintenance works.
