The Role

Responsibilities

- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Creating an exceptional customer experience every shift
- Driving sales, labour, and cost performance to achieve business targets
- Managing rostering, recruitment, onboarding, and team development
- Maintaining outstanding food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Overseeing inventory, stock control, ordering,



and cost management
- Ensuring the venue is clean, organised, and operating to Burger Urge standards
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues professionally
- Implementing local marketing initiatives and supporting business growth
- Building a positive team culture focused on accountability, performance, and fun

You’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, and play a key role in the continued success of the restaurant.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Venue Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Venue Manager ready to step up
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people development skills
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience managing labour, food costs, and key business metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hospitality environment
- Positive, resilient, and solutions‑focused attitude
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
