About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll help people stay secure and comfortable at home by:
- Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
- Providing respite care (giving carers a break)
- Helping clients stay active and connected in their community
- Following care plans to meet each person’s needs
- Working as a team to provide the best support possible

Qualifications and Requirements
- A caring nature – genuinely passionate about helping people
- Certificate in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability
- Good communication skills with the ability to chat and listen to clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and comfortable using technology
- Australian working rights
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable, insured car
- Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience in aged care or disability support
- First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid Police Check or NDIS check, or both, verified prior to commencement
