Lawmee, a tech-enabled marketplace, is working with a well‑respected ASX‑listed mining company to secure an experienced Corporate / M&A; Lawyer on a contracting basis. The engagement runs up to 6 months with possible extension.

Although full‑time availability is preferred, part‑time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. The role requires leading mergers, acquisitions and complex corporate transactions, with international opportunities and a fast‑paced setting.
