Welcome to Primary Connect+

Primary Connect+ is our retailer-agnostic, technology-driven commercial business within Primary Connect. Our team works together to provide end-to-end supply chain solutions for more than 1,300 food and retail customers.

What you’ll do

- Plan and execute safe & cost-effective transport movements from Woolworths Suppliers into Woolworths DC sites by leveraging our carrier network
- Support a seamless experience for our suppliers and customers
- Foster our relationships with internal Woolworths stakeholders, Suppliers and 3PL Carrier partners to deliver quality service and ensuring on-time delivery (OTD) target is achieved at all times
- Perform daily transport planning activities for multiple lanes simultaneously in our Transport Management System (TMS)
- Monitor Chain of Responsibility (COR) compliance is adhered by our carriers & suppliers

What you’ll bring

- Experience in Retail / Transport / Logistics industry
- Be experienced in working in a target-driven environment
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Have a proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent systems and computer skills
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
