In this role, you will join one of our four experienced crews that cover 24/7 operations of our Neerabup, WA factory by working a rotational roster of 2 days on, 2 nights on 12‑hour shifts followed by 4 days off, providing a healthy work/life balance.
Your duties will include:
- Commitment to safety and environmental practices.
- Operating high‑speed production machines on a continuous line.
- Accurate recording of information for quality control.
- Reaching production targets in a number of key areas.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and training development.
- Aptitude for housekeeping to a high standard.
Selection Criteria:
- Proven ability to reach and exceed set goals; both individual and organisational.
- Proven ability to work safely and effectively within a team.
- Proven ability to adhere to and knowledge of quality standards relevant to the position.
Desired Criteria:
- FMCG manufacturing or general manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work in a quick‑paced and challenging environment.
- Previous experience with quality control and data recording.
- Current National Police Clearance.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Physically fit and able to work 12‑hour rotating shifts.
- Ability to complete a comprehensive Pre‑Employment Medical, including a drug and alcohol screening with the company's provider.
