Assistant Store Manager – DFO South Wharf

Full‑time store management role located on site at Shaver Shop, Melbourne, VIC, AU.

Job Overview

Responsible for driving sales, overseeing daily store operations, and delivering a memorable customer experience for the Shaver Shop.

Responsibilities

- Lead the store from front to back, inspiring and engaging the team.
- Create a welcoming store environment that links people, process and presentation.
- Develop, coach and succession plan the team to increase productivity.
- Implement promotional changes in line with business strategy.
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
- Roster staff according to the store’s trading profile.
- Achieve sales, wages, KPI and stock loss targets.

Qualifications & Experience





- Previous retail management experience.
- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales, wages, KPI and stock loss targets.
- Experience in developing and coaching a team.
- Strong drive for policies and procedures.
- Hands‑on, energetic and vibrant with a “team player” attitude.

Working Hours & Commitment

Full‑time. Availability required over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.
