Remuneration: $158,236.73 - $161,174.38 Per Annum + Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Incentives.
Location: Warialda Multi‑Purpose Service.
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time.
Position Classification: Nurse Manager Grade 3.

Role Overview
The Health Service Manager is responsible for running clinical oversight of Warialda’s Multi‑Purpose Service (MPS). Hosting 2 emergency beds, 10 acute and 15 aged care beds, responsibilities include facility maintenance, patient flow, rostering and staff management, data and finance management.
You will be supported by the Service Manager of New England Northwest Region, the Director of Nursing for Rural & Regional, and your fellow HSMs. Orientation will be provided.

Qualifications
Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA and relevant postgraduate qualifications in clinical leadership or management.
