Senior Business Banking Manager

Location: Chatswood or Dee Why, servicing customers throughout Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore.

This role is part of the North Shore Business Banking team, focusing on customer obsession and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Develop, lead, and execute business development strategy for existing and new‑to‑bank broker‑introduced customers.
- Work with Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams to prepare business lending proposals, including obtaining and analysing business and industry information, and ongoing portfolio management.
- Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for a complex portfolio.
- Support the delivery of local area performance measured through customer advocacy, financial metrics, and employee engagement.

Qualifications





- Substantial experience in business banking and/or relationship management within a financial institution.
- Solid capability in building personal and enterprise brands in internal and external markets.
- Broad knowledge of banking products and services, including transactional and e‑commerce solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for customers.
- Ability to provide technical advice and guidance to customers and other banking departments regarding debt products and deal structuring.
- Experience working with brokers, with an established network preferred.
