As a Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 2 at Mary Guthrie House – Neuropsychiatry Inpatient Program, you will work alongside a highly qualified, motivated, and cohesive multi-disciplinary team. Our team supports consumers, carers and families using recovery-oriented principles and the Austin Health values to improve service delivery and clinical outcomes. The program thrives on innovation, and you are invited to bring your best and work with the team to shape its future.
About you:
You will be someone who has a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You’ll bring energy and drive to you work, and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
You'll further have:
- A commitment to recovery-oriented practice
- Experience and confidence in clinical de-escalation
- A keen interest in working in a neuropsychiatry program and working with consumers with Acquired Brain Injury
