Lyra Technology Group is seeking a committed Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join their Osborne Park team. You will handle desktop, server, networking, and cybersecurity support across multiple managed services clients, using remote access, on‑site visits, and ConnectWise for ticketing and documentation.

You will resolve incidents, perform proactive maintenance, assist with deployments and upgrades, and participate in an on‑call roster. A driver’s license and MSP experience are valued assets.
