We are seeking an experienced Senior Drone Pilot & NDT Technician to deliver advanced inspection services across industrial, mining, energy, water, and infrastructure assets. This role combines drone operations, asset inspections, and non‑destructive testing (NDT) to provide cutting-edge, high‑quality asset integrity solutions for clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct drone inspections, aerial surveys, photogrammetry, LiDAR, and confined‑space drone operations.
- Perform NDT inspections including MT, PT, UT, VT, and thickness testing.
- Collect inspection data and prepare high‑quality technical reports.
- Support asset integrity programs, shutdowns, and inspection campaigns.
- Assist with project planning, mobilisation, and client engagement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.

About You

- CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) and current Australian Driver's Licence.
- Working at Heights, Confined Space, and White Card certifications.




- Minimum 3 years' experience in drone operations and/or industrial inspections.
- NDT certification in MT Level II, PT Level II, and/or UT Level I or II.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and technical excellence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience with ROVs, robotic inspections, mining operations, or advanced NDT techniques is highly regarded.
