Responsibilities
Work as part of a team delivering high quality PMO digital content, frameworks and tools that support consistent portfolio and project delivery across Transport for NSW. This role will see you lead PMO content design and improvement, shape user focused journeys, provide expert advice on quality and accessibility, and coach teams to embed best practice standards.
You will drive new approaches to PMO content, balancing quality, consistency and agility in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to embed consistent frameworks and standards that improve capability and project outcomes.
- Trusted content specialist and people leader,
skilled at simplifying complex information, applying UX best practice, and aligning content to organisational priorities.
