We have a current vacancy for a safety focused Supervisor - Electrical Maintenance to join our team located in Warrnambool, Victoria. In this role, you will be required to work alongside a crew of like-minded tradespeople to deliver maintenance onsite.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the electrical maintenance team
- Allocate work tasks and resources to ensure maintenance activities are completed efficiently and safely
- Provide technical support, coaching, and mentoring to electricians and apprentices
- Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime
- Lead complex fault-finding activities on electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
- Coordinate contractors and external service providers when required
- Participate in risk assessments,



incident investigations, and corrective action implementation
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, permits, and documentation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

- Electrical Trade Certificate (A-Grade Electrical Licence)
- Previous experience in an Electrical Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Senior Electrician role
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, machinery, automation, and fault finding
- Experience within manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or similar industrial environments highly regarded
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Sound understanding of WHS legislation and electrical compliance requirements
