Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technicians and service jobs
- Manage client calls and respond to enquiries
- Raise purchase orders, prepare quotes and issue invoices
- Order parts and materials
- Coordinate site inductions and weekly service reports
- Support the team with general administration and ad hoc tasks
About You
- Experience as a Service Coordinator in fire services (essential)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Positive, team‑focused attitude
- Experience with simPRO (advantage)
