WesTrac Cat in Tomago, NSW, seeks a Customer Coordinator to join the Hydraulics workshop on a full-time 12-month contract, Mon–Fri, at our head office. This role offers a potential pathway to further opportunities within the group.
You will act as the primary contact for job progress, ensure transparent communication of repair service requirements with the workshop and sales teams, oversee timely completion, and manage invoicing and processing of work orders.
