Gardening Team Member - Oxenford at Green by Nature

About The Role

As a Team Member, you will work alongside a team to maintain and enhance green spaces across various contracts within the Gold Coast. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities

- Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
- Complete service requests as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What Are We Looking For?





- Previous experience in gardening using push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying
- Valid manual driver’s licence
- White Card
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
- Be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
