Position Overview
As a Workshop Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical leadership in service, warranty, and assembly processes, guiding team members to uphold high standards of workmanship.
- Welcoming clients and assisting with the day to day operations of the business as required.
- Monitoring production progress meticulously, ensuring workflow remains efficient and aligned with deadlines.
- Engaging directly in assembly, upgrades, and maintenance tasks, demonstrating technical proficiency and attention to detail.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain production schedules and customer satisfaction.
- Managing administrative functions such as processing orders, maintaining schedules, and tracking inventory to support seamless operations.
- Conducting quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
- Staying informed on industry regulations,
technological advancements, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness continually.
