As a Disability Support Worker, you will play an essential role in supporting clients to live independently, safely, and comfortably. Your responsibilities may include personal care, community access, domestic support, transportation, and building life skills.



You will help create meaningful outcomes for participants while working within NDIS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person‑centred care and support
- Assist with daily living activities
- Support clients with community access and social participation
- Transport clients safely to appointments and activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Work collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and support teams
- Follow NDIS quality and safeguarding standards

Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid Certification
- Police Check
- Driver’s Licence and reliable car (mandatory)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Soft skills and excellent communication
- Valid visa (if applicable)
- 100 Points of ID
