Position Summary

Responsible for leading regional application strategy and execution across probiotics, dietary supplements, and nutritional solutions. Translate global science into locally relevant, evidence-based application solutions. Lead a high‑performing regional application team and act as a scientific interface with customers.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

- Define and implement regional application strategy aligned with global priorities.
- Translate microbiome and nutrition science into differentiated application solutions.
- Lead and develop a regional team (10+ members).
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D;, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
- Engage customers with technical expertise and presentations.
- Support product development, validation, and launch readiness.
- Represent company in industry events and scientific forums.

What Makes You the Right Fit

- PhD in Microbiology, Nutrition Science, Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years experience in probiotics,



dietary supplements, or food/nutrition.
- Proven leadership managing teams of 10+.
- Strong expertise in microbiome science and applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- MBA or business training is a plus.

- APAC regional or international experience.
- Track record in application‑driven innovation and commercialization.
- Familiarity with regulatory and scientific substantiation.
