Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and inspire a large, diverse team to consistently deliver outstanding service and exceed performance targets.
- Implement strategic initiatives that drive customer engagement, increase conversion, and optimise store performance.




- Use data and KPI analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring efficiency and profitability at every level.
- Partner with senior leaders to align store operations with business objectives while maintaining seamless daily execution.
- Build a high-performance culture by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent with clear career pathways.
- Safeguard a premium in-store experience, ensuring standards, safety, and operational compliance are always met.

Pay

Base pay range: A$80,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr
