About the Role

Our Media Sales team connects consumers with products & services across the property journey. We are hiring an Account Partner to strengthen relationships within the media services industry.

What the Role Is All About

- Deliver year‑on‑year growth in revenue and client base within your specified agency and client portfolio
- Proactively drive current, high‑yielding business by growing your client list through selling REA Media solutions to agency and direct advertiser markets
- Collaborate with the Brand Partnerships team to pitch and deliver integrated, content‑led campaigns
- Build strong relationships at all levels of your customer base, focusing on media agency planners and buyers, trading desk programmatic traders, and direct advertising decision makers within marketing departments
- Work with the Media Product team to provide input into new product development
- Work collaboratively with the Programmatic Solutions and Trading team to maximize revenue opportunities
- Manage all internal projects and stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and positive business outcomes

Who We’re Looking For

- 2‑3 years of experience in the digital media sales environment,



ideally with advertising media agencies and programmatic trading desks
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving industry and embrace continual change
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Strong, commercially‑oriented drive to succeed
- Experience with Programmatic Solutions and Salesforce highly regarded
