About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Manager to join our Marketing team and support the development and execution of brand architecture across the DON portfolio. This hands‑on, executional role involves translating brand concepts, consumer insights, and portfolio opportunities into clear, commercially relevant brand plans, while working closely with senior marketing leaders to grow capabilities across media and consumer‑led strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of end‑to‑end brand architecture across the portfolio.
- Translate consumer insights, brand concepts and market opportunities into clear brand plans and initiatives.
- Work closely with senior marketing leaders to build capability across additional areas like media and consumer‑led strategy.
- Support branded packaging design and creative execution across key business projects and launches.
- Partner with internal teams to support brand‑led initiatives, portfolio activity and executional delivery.
- Contribute to brand‑led innovation initiatives, ensuring activity is aligned to the overall brand architecture.
- Support the delivery and evaluation of brand, media and communication activity.
- Collaborate with the Smallgoods Business Unit on product development and pipeline activity that supports portfolio and brand strategy.
- Support digital activity across platforms, with the opportunity to further develop digital capability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
- Experience in Brand Management within FMCG or a related consumer‑led industry.
- Demonstrated experience taking a brand concept from insight through to a full brand architecture plan.
- Proficient in brand architecture, including understanding how brands are built, tested and grown.
- Ability to connect consumer insights to storytelling, strategy and brand execution.
- Strong design capability, with packaging design and creative execution experience highly regarded.
- Strong communicator who can translate consumer and brand insights into clear recommendations.
- Strong project management skills and confidence delivering executional brand activity.
- Exposure to media or digital activity is desirable, but not essential.
