Job Description

What awaits you?

- You will be responsible for planning and implementing the technical training strategy aligned with BMW Group standards and business objectives.
- You will be responsible for designing and delivering technical training programs across BMW, MINI, Motorrad, apprentice, and bodyshop networks.
- You will drive training needs analysis, capability development, and structured learning pathways to enhance workforce competence and performance.
- You will drive new product readiness by ensuring technical competency across the network ahead of vehicle launches.
- You will support the management of training vendors, trainers, and academy resources to ensure high-quality delivery and operational efficiency.
- You will support the evaluation and continuous improvement of training effectiveness, leveraging modern learning methods including digital and blended solutions.

What you should bring along?

- University degree in Business Management or related discipline.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).




- Proven experience in technical training design and delivery, ideally within the automotive industry.
- Robust stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level.
- Solid understanding of modern automotive technologies and systems.
- Experience in project management and implementing training programs.
