First Grammar Ourimbah has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to join our 38-place service. The role involves building and maintaining an outstanding learning environment for our children.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age‑appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities. At capacity our centre caters for 38 children with operating hours between 07:00 and 18:00.

Qualifications

- ACEcQA approved Diploma in Children’s Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven educator experience within an Early Childhood service (working with children 0‑5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
