The ideal candidate will carry out the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
- Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
- Processing Payroll every fortnight and benefits for employees.
- To provide advice and assistance to employees and management within the country and region of care.
- Updating staff list every month.
- Handling IR matters with Employee
- Calculating and submitting the worker compensation every year.
- Preparing employee contract.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Robust recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in Learning & Development needs
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
