Overview

An exciting opportunity to join a well known Group Training Organisation (GTO) as a payroll officer. In this role you will manage and process the weekly payroll for the GTO's apprentices that are placed with host employers. This is no ordinary run of the mill payroll position. Each week brings new challenges as apprentices are placed with new hosts; progress to their next year; or complete their training. Payroll with a GTO is a position where you are always learning, getting to know awards, recent apprenticeships and dealing with a vast array of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Manage and process the weekly payroll for the GTO's apprentices placed with host employers.
- Respond to weekly changes as apprentices are placed with new hosts,



progress to the next year, or complete their training.
- Liaise with stakeholders and gain knowledge of awards and apprenticeships relevant to payroll within a GTO context.

Requirements

- Previous experience in payroll is essential.
- Experience in the Group Training industry will be an advantage.
- Previous experience using Codehouse Workforce One software is also advantageous.
