Caprock Limited is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel – Structured Finance & Complex Structures in Sydney. This full-time position involves leading legal structuring on complex financial transactions and drafting bespoke transaction and security documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 8–15+ years of experience in structured finance, a robust understanding of collateral and custody frameworks, and the ability to operate in high-pressure environments with senior stakeholders.
