What we need
- Cert III minimum, 5+ years solid experience
- Framing, roofing, cladding (fibre cement, metal sheeting, timber & composite) and roof plumbing
- Read plans, problem solve, make calls on site
- Can train and guide apprentices without babysitting them
- Physically fit — you lead from the front
- Own impact driver & hand tools
