The Role
This is a varied position across commercial refrigeration and air conditioning service, maintenance and installs.
You’ll be working across:
- Cool rooms and under-bar refrigeration systems
- Split systems & ducted air conditioning
- Breakdown work & fault finding
- Installations and upgrades
- Restaurants, bars, retail and hospitality sites
The role offers a good mix of:
- On-the-road service work
- Site-based installation work
- Mentoring apprentices and helping younger guys develop
- Company ute and fuel card included.
What They’re Looking For Open to:
- Qualified Refrigeration Mechanics
- Strong 4th Year Apprentices
- Mechanical Plumbers with refrigeration exposure
They’re not expecting a superstar.
Attitude, reliability and culture fit matter just as much as technical ability.
You’ll have exposure to:
- Refrigeration fault finding
- Commercial refrigeration systems
- Split system & ducted A/C installs/service
- Commercial hospitality or retail environments
