Client Administrator

"A" Players only! We are looking for a take charge, motivated, self-reliant Client Administrator to join our team. You will have ample support, coaching and time to understand and master the various deliverables required. Working with our Senior Leadership team, this role reports directly to the Office Manager with daily access to business owners and leaders.

We are looking for an experienced Client Administrator to take ownership of our client portfolio and ensure our service delivers strong operational, financial, and customer outcomes.

Candidates must have 3-4 years of client administrator experience. Familiarity with Simpro is preferred but not essential. If you have experience using Simpro,



please outline the number of years you have used the software and the functions you have regularly performed.

Responsible for looking after our commercial clients by ensuring service agreements are maintained, customers are looked after, contracts are compliant, and issues are resolved before they become problems. The role works across the business to retain clients, support profitable growth, reduce risk, and deliver a consistently high level of customer service.

About the Role

The Client Administrator is responsible for managing client service agreements from award through to completion, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with agreed requirements, financial objectives, compliance standards, and company expectations.
