About the role/duties
Key responsibilities include:

- Supervise the construction of volume homes and medium-density residential developments from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards
- Drive daily site operations while maintaining productivity, build quality and programme milestones
- Read and interpret architectural, engineering and construction drawings to ensure works are completed in accordance with project documentation
- Ensure all construction activities comply with the NCC, Australian Standards and relevant building legislation
- Complete daily site diaries, quality inspections, defect management and WHS reporting using construction management software
- Coordinate inspections, certifications and key construction milestones throughout the build
- Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, certifiers, suppliers and subcontractors to maintain project momentum
- Promote a positive safety culture while maintaining exceptional presentation and quality across site

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor delivering volume homes,



project homes or medium-density residential developments
- Trade background in Carpentry or Bricklaying is essential
- Certificate IV in Building & Construction (or equivalent) is essential
- Strong understanding of residential construction methodology, sequencing and site management
- Thorough knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and residential building codes
- Demonstrated experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
- Experience using construction management software and digital site reporting systems
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Ability to confidently manage site programmes while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction

Salary
$120k - $150k + Super + Fuel + Tolls
